1. Weigh your gold and enter the weight in Grams in to the boxes, if you are unsure please declare as 9ct
2. Do the same for any Silver or Platinum you may have.
3. We will contact you by phone or email with a price based on your declaration of weight and the markets current price. This price is valid for 48hrs from time of communication
4. If happy with our price estimate send us your Gold (make sure it is correctly insured in the post)
5. We will screen what you send us, and contact you to confirm both what carat and how much we will send you, The price may differ from quotation if it has taken more than 48hrs to arrive and if you declaration of weight/carat proves to be inaccurate. (This why it is always best to declare any uncertain items as 9k)
6. Unlike many other companies any items which turn out not be gold or made of a eligiable precious metal will be returned to you. Giving you complete piece of mind that your have received a fair price for the items sent.
7.Should you for any reason you change your mind, all items will be returned to you at your cost up until point of the payment being made. Once payment has been excepted and made, we are unable to return your items
